NNDKP has many years of experience advising local and foreign companies in structuring transactions and operations to meet the requirements of local and European competition legislation. Our lawyers regularly assist clients in connection with a variety of competition and state aid matters, including investigations, economic concentrations, structuring of vertical and horizontal operations, allegations of abuse of dominant position, as well as state grants. We have an excellent record of successfully representing clients before the Competition Council and the competent courts on significant legal issues, enabling them to obtain clearance for or defend their business conduct.
